There are several ways to make a reservation. You can always call our office at 619-284-2371. You can also make a reservation online by clicking "Book Now" on the property you would like to reserve.
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Yes and No.  We operate like a hotel, so as long as you are paying with a credit card, you do not need to leave a cash/check security deposit. 
If you are not paying with a credit card, you can either leave a cash deposit or purchase a security damage waiver.
A security deposit waiver is protection provided through Travel Guard.  For you convenience you have the option of choosing to pay a security deposit or purchasing the Security Deposit Damage Insurance for $45.  This optional deposit waiver covers you for any accidental damage up to $1500.  It does not cover any intentional, willful damage or gross negligence.  Any damages to the property MUST be reported to our office before check-out.  This insurance is non-refundable, but recommended.
We are happy to offer Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance to our guests. These charges are automatically added to your advance rent payment. If you do not wish to purchase coverage, you may delete the charge by initialing where indicated on your lease. We highly recommend the purchase of this coverage for cancellations where we are unable to recoup your advance rent payment. San Diego Urban Retreats acts only as a sales agent for the Lodging Protection Plan (Trip Cancellation & Interruption Coverage) administered by AIG Travel Guard. For questions regarding this plan call Travel Guard at 1-866-221-8080 regarding Group Product Code 008085.
Some of our properties are pet friendly.  Each property will indicate if it will allow pets on the property description page.  We do require you to purchase the security damage waiver if you will be bringing any type of pet. 
Your final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.  If you are making your reservation within 30 days of arrival, the entire rental amount is due at the time you make the reservation. 
Yes, we supply linens and towels in your condo.
Yes, there is free internet in our condos. 
If parking is available, it is free.  Some condos do not offer parking.
Is the parking secured? If parking is supplied, it will be in a secured garage or lot at or close to the condo.
Every condo is different, but amenities offered are pools, Jacuzzi, game room, rooftop views, theaters, fitness center, concierge, valet parking, library, BBQ and courtyards.  Please check the property description for details. 
Yes, every condo has a full kitchen.  The condo will be stocked with pots, pans, utensils and general kitchen appliances. 
Most condos have a washer and dryer in the unit.  Some have a washer and dryer that is coin operated on the property. 
Yes, every condo has an iron, ironing board, coffee maker, hair dryer, hangers, toiletries, toilet paper and towels.
Check In instructions will be emailed to you upon confirmation of reservation. 
Please arrange all late check in's by calling to arrange how you will get the keys.
Check in is 3:00 unless otherwise specified on your confirmation.
You are able to check in early if the property is available.  Please call to confirm the property is available early.  San Diego Urban Retreats can not guarantee any early check in reservations.
Check Out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified on your reservation confirmation. 
No, you may leave the keys in your condo on the kitchen counter.  Some properties may require you to arrange check out with the property manger onsite.  Be sure to read your confirmation for check out instructions. 
You are able to check out late if the property is available.  Please call to confirm the property is available late.  San Diego Urban Retreats can not guarantee any late check out reservations.

Yes, we can arrange a car rental through AVIS Rent A Car.  We have pre-negotiated corporate rates that may save you money on your car rental.  We are taking the kids to Legoland, can you get tickets?
Yes, please call our office to arrange tickets to any local attractions.
The concierge can handle services such as grocery shopping, ticket sales, dinner reservations, tours, local event calendars or your own personal request.

Yes, feel free to ship packages to our office at 2535 Kettner Blvd, Suite 3B2A, San Diego, CA 92101. Please be sure to put ATTENTION:YOUR NAME so that we can make sure to have your package ready for you when you check in.
Most condos are in walking distance to the Convention Center. Check your reservation paperwork for a specific address to see how close you are. If you are looking specifically to be in walking distance, be sure to mention that to your reservation agent.
Yes, we do have various condos that are in the same building to accomodate large parties. If you are looking to rent multiple condos, be sure to mention that to your reservation agent.
Generally, a studio will sleep 2-3, a one bedroom will sleep 4 and a two bedroom will sleep 6. These are general sleeping accomodations and you should check your reservation confirmation for exact sleeping arrangements.
Yes, but a credit card will also be needed if there are any incidentals.

Yes, if you are an owner, you are free to block out your calendar for personal use at any time the rental is not previously booked.
Currently, we are only managing properties in the downtown area. Check back often for other areas.
Registering on SanDiegoUrbanRetreats.com offers advertising for your vacation or corporate rental property as well as allows potential guest to book your condo right online. Our website will allow guests to submit a reservation request and make payments.
Each property owner is able to setup payment options of their choice. When a guest requests a reservation, they can choose from your list of payment options of how they would like to pay. The owner is responsible for setting up their individual payment options. You are able to have guest mail payments to you as well if you choose not to have electronic payment options.

Yes, after payment for your registration is received, we will activate your registration. From then on you can login to edit your property at any time
